When I recall the sins of my past, I think if only I could live my life over, I wouldn't make the same mistake. But the truth is I probably would. That's why I am so dependent on the Lord's grace and mercy. Nothing but the blood of Jesus can wash away our sins. LIVE BOLD, brothers.

Recently things from my past that I was never honest about have resurfaced. It is causing me to lose my family. I’ve always believed in God, just never looked to him or trusted him. I’m not saying it will fix my family problems and put me back together, but this is my only hope by taking part in this devotional and growing my relationship with God.

Just downloaded the Live Bold app this morning. Again, Gods timing is always perfect. I recently made some bad decisions that not only affected me, but those that care about me as well. The devotional this morning was refreshing. Keep me in your prayers. May God bless you all!

Instead of looking inward toward yourself, look out toward how you can help others. Look to God, surrender to God, and go where God wants us to go. Love and serve others. Love you Jesus! 🤍❤️💜💙

Ahhh, the valleys of life… I’ve had many of those. In combat, I relied on God, and he pulled us through. Once home, I relied on myself, and began making a mess of things. The harder I tried, doing my best, the bigger mess I made. Without God as my director, my GPS, I am left with my Will running the show. Self centered motives, doing my best for others so long as there was something in it for me. It’s no wonder I drank, more and more as the years passed by. It wasn’t until I was forced in desperation to try another way, that I began surrendering each morning to the God’s Will. Today, I still periodically deal with the ripples of my selfish ways in the past, but I now know how to respond. I no longer make a mess of things throughout my day, as I’m looking for others to help rather than only myself. God is great, if you let him lead! Amen 🙏🏻
95/365: Get Your Confidence Back
Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God . ~ 1 John 3:21
Have you ever felt stuck? Lost your mojo? Has your confidence in life slipped?
We want to stay on top of the moutain but we have our days in the valley.
The first place to look for your mojo is right inside your heart.
- Step 1: If you are guilty of that sin, admit it. Forgiveness is available for those who ask God with a repentant heart.
- Step 2: Next, give up the idea that you are perfect or "better than that". Mistakes happen.
- Step 3: Get a plan. Use that plan to keep your mojo with the disicplines of faith.
Listen to God when he says that a strong man accepts his valleys and relies upon Christ to become his confidence..
