I love sports. Football , baseball, nascar, basketball. Any sport. The physicality how much work these athletes put into there crafts. I need to be into Jesus as much as im into sports.

My wife and I are geeks. We love Marvel, sci-fi, writing, conventions, cosplay, and more of the like. Before I met her, I had a vision of convention ministry of a prayer station, doing a prayer walk, and other Christian outreach things at geeky conventions. After we were married, I told her my ministry vision and she excitedly wanted to join. We haven't started it yet due to the pandemic affect on conventions and the money it takes to have a booth, but we will when the time is right.

I am grateful for the opportunity to combine music and ministry. As a piano/organ instructor, I not only teach my students how to play but the importance of dong choice and setting an atmosphere in church and outside of church. As worship leader for youth choir, I get a chance to raise up, train, and teach another generation of worshippers. My goal has been to have a life revolving around music. I LOVE IT.

I’m a sports fanatic and an official of three sports 🏀 ⚽️🏐. And this is my hobby where I come across so many people like my officiating peers, the coaches, the players and the spectators to name a few and is where I’m able to share teaching, coaching and mentoring. While doing this I included our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ when needed. Have a blessed day brothers. 🙏

Love this concept! Mixing what we already enjoy, our hobbies and passions, with our lessons as we learn Gods way and share it with others… like a Gary V Jesus lol! This is exactly what God has been leading me to do in my sobriety journey. In my business as I lead and coach my team and Clients, I’ve grown beyond talking business and “how to”, into more about the “why”. I’m in a business where we depend on building relationships, and God has completely changed my approach and the questions I ask going in. I no longer seek their approval, instead I’m intuitively seeking how I can help them. Many times, it goes much much deeper than business. Every single person we come across in this crazy busy World, is not by accident. God intentionally places each person we walk past, for us to smile at. Every waiter/waitress, for us to brighten their day. We are here for a purpose, to be of service to others, whether we know them or not. Especially those who have wronged us, they we can help the most! Amen brothers!!

The Lord has given each of us the opportunity to share His story, or be an example of a Christian person daily. Share God’s love with others. Love you Jesus! 💓❤️💙💚🧡

The Lord has given me a girl’s high school soccer team to coach and what a joy it has been to develop a new family. It is my goal and desire to be Christ-like while I am able to spend time with them.
94/365: Hobbies and Collections
He has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you. ~1 Peter 1:3-4
Our hobbies and collections become our legacy. In the end, they define us as we pass them along to those who follow us.
Your interests and curiosities are what make you unique. They can bring great joy to your life and often provide a guy with a sense of purpose.
GO DEEPER: Ecclesiastes 2: 24-26
NEXT STEP: What if your hobbies and collections became a way to do ministry? Imagine the joy you can find and the inheritance you can pass along.
