I agree time is something we can give to other, but let’s include love and compassion with it while giving up our time however we help others. Be blessed 🙏

Time is so precious, it is the only thing that when you give it away you can’t get it back. If I give someone money i can go earn more, however Jesus spent time with his disciples and we should follow his example. The time you invest in someone else can make a difference in their lives.

Trevor, good questions. I think the most valuable thing we can give is our time, however much or little that is. Giving money is fine and it sure helps. But people need people. We all need people. Even if it's only the interaction we get with each other from this app. And that's why I think giving of ourselves and our time to others is the most important thing we can do to serve God.

What else can I give? Am I in a place where I can give financially? If not, then what other valuable things can I give and how can I give it, and to who? When it comes to time who gets the most of it? Some questions my mind wanders to when reading this

We are blessed so we can bless others.

If we live in the United States most of us have plenty. However often the most valuable resource is time. I am reorienting to use my time to bless others. First my Father in heaven (Praise, worship and meditating on who he is), then my family and friends, and finally my church and community. This is not to be to the exclusion of sharing wealth and possessions with others.

God will provide what we need. If we have extra, let us give it to those less fortunate. I am blessed beyond imagination. Thank you Jesus.
51/365: How Much Is Enough?
Then he [Jesus] said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” ~ Luke 12:15
Keeping God first and the needs of others in plain sight helps us to become a "walking blessing."
That extra can of food in the cupboard may be more than someone in your community will eat today.
There is nothing wrong with abundance. Just be careful not to make "abundance" your "god".
GO DEEPER: Philippians 4: 10-13
NEXT STEP: Today, would you ask God to show where you are abundant? Then seek ways to bless others.
