Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world.  ~ 1 Peter 5:8-9

When you are tired, beaten down, and feel like throwing in the towel...hold steady.  Learn from those who have been knocked down and kept rising up to fight again. 

The world tag teams you with evil and adversity. You need a team to fight with you. So keep your guard up.  Train hard with the help of a core group.  Keep rising to fight again and again.
