She gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them. ~ Luke 2: 6-7
We can empathize with Mary and Joseph and how frustrated they must have felt as they made their beds along with the livestock.
Regardless of their plans for a better situation, Jesus still showed up. The same is true for you and me.
Things don't always work out the way we plan. There are numerous unexpected detours and challenges in our daily life. But Christ still shows up.
Jesus came as a gift for you. He is present in every win, loss, and struggle. Christ offers His gift of joy, peace, and grace. Don't overthink it.. just unwrap His presence and simply say, "Thank you, God. It's just what I needed!"
