Please pray for me that God would guide me during this time. We recently took on some new ministries and they are stressful but fulfilling. There are so many unknowns right now for me and my family. I know He controls all things and that He cares for us and is faithful. I am just struggling with the day to day right now and having trouble sleeping and just not feeling anxious.

You can also say to God as you pray… Lord I don’t know why this is happening but I’m trying to trust in You. Please use this situation to grow my faith and trust. Help me get through this so that I can look back and know You were always in control and that You allowed it to happen for my good. In Jesus name! Amen!

Hey James, I get trust and strength from looking back. Ask God to reveal to you things He’s done for you in the past. Look for situations you didn’t like but turned out to be better than it seemed. Maybe it was relationships or a job or as simple as not being able to buy a car you wanted only to buy a better one later. He’s always been with us even if we didn’t acknowledge Him. You can also look up Trusting God on YouTube and watch some videos. I’m praying for you brother!!

Sounds easy. But to trust, you need strength. Where do you get that strength if things seem bleak? How do you go from down in the dumps to "I'm good, I can do this. Thank you, Lord." ??

God’s peace truly transcends all things. When I’m focused on God even when things go bad things are still ok. When I’m not focused on God even when things are going well nothing seems right. The key is trust.

When we’re going through difficult times is when we need to trust the most in God. Trusting that if He allowed it to happen it’s because He’s going to use it for my good. Even and especially when we don’t understand why it had to happen this way. That trust in Him, that He’s in control, and that He loves us and is for us is what brings peace and joy and removes fear and worry. I’m praying that He shows us to live this way daily. To do what we can and let Him do the rest. In Jesus’s name!!! Amen!!

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him. Psalms 28:7. Trust in Him and all will be well. Trust and obey. Simple rules, but hard to follow at times. Love you Jesus! 💙💜🧡❤️

According to the Bible, the peace of God, “which transcends all understanding,” is the harmony and calmness of body, mind, and spirit trusting in the power and grace of God. The key to peace is trust. Even in the physical world we have peace with those we trust. The more we trust each other the more peaceful our relationships become. The same is true with God. The more we trust in Him and rely on Him the more peace we will have in our spiritual life as well as in physical. Satan will try anything to keep us from gaining true peace with God because he wants us to be in a state of confusion where we do not fully trust God as much as he can. The more doubt that Satan can install in our hearts the less trust we have in God and therefore the less peace of God we have in our lives. Satan will sow confusion and trouble in our lives in every little nook and cranny that we allow him to. IN WHOM DO YOU TRUST MORE Satan OR GOD. Proverbs 3:5 imparts wisdom to its readers: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.” LET US NOT LEAN ON OUR OWN UNDERSTANDING BUT INSTEAD TRUST IN GOD WITH EVERY FIBER OF OUR BEINGS.

The peace that God gives to us is that confident assurance that all is well. That assurance comes when the world is turning upside down in our lives, when there should be no peace. Yet, even in those times when we yield ourselves to Christ and walk with Him into the turmoil and trial, those words, “All is well,” uttered by Him into our ears brings a peace that can’t be described in words. All is well, my brothers, all is well.
342/365: Finding Peace In Your Life
LORD, you establish peace for us; all that we have accomplished you have done for us. ~ Isaiah 26:12
You know that feeling when you can't seem to get comfortable? Shifting left and right, fidgeting, uneasy... out of sync?
When we try to find peace using our own measurements... it just doesn't fit well. It leaves us uncomfortable.
God is the provider of peace and He is the foundation for everything good we are able to accomplish. He brings comfort and contentment.
Are you feeling a little "off" today? Out of sync? Uneasy? Take a look at your time spent with God. Are you looking to Him first, for peace?
