me too, Stephen. it's been a wild past 2 years for me and my family. I know I need these devotionals, being connected to like-minded brothers in Christ and encouraging one another. Special warfare is real, and Satan will do everything he can to keep us away from Christ.

Been walking(stumbling) in the darkness for a few years now, this is first day back in the devotions. Already looking forward to tomorrow’s message!🙏🏻

Satan does not care how much we theorize about Christianity, or how much we profess to know Christ. What he opposes vigorously is the way we live Christ. ~ Billy Graham

The modern version of honor is if you talk the talk, walk the walk. We men who follow Christ by words and actions are honorable men. I’m glad to be in such a company. Thank you.

Let your word be your bond. Yes means yes, and follow through with it. Others are watching for our word and action, show them they can count on us. Love you Jesus! 💛🤎💜🤍

Some good words to live by there. It’s easy to say I’m going to do x y and z. Anyone can do that. What makes a man great is honoring his commitments. Being truthful in speaking about whether or not I can be somewhere or go spend time with someone. I have a bad habit of always saying maybe to weasel out of committing to whatever it is and give myself an out the day of if I don’t feel like it anymore. Every third week everything is a maybe due to on call rotation but over the years I’ve expanded that more than I should have. I have improved though and been a lot more upfront on I can’t or I will be there sort of thing. And once those commitments are made doing about as much as possible to honor them. That’s the action behind love that is so critical. God help me to be honest and to honor my commitments each day. I love You God amen 🙏

Confess your mistakes is what stuck with me! Find another man to hold you accountable and tell on yourself frequently! We are as sick as our secrets!! This one practice alone will bring much freedom! Strength and courage brothers

May our words and actions always bear the fruit of our love for our Lord and Savior. May our words be kind and gentle reflecting God’s great kindness.

Good morning my brothers. May our Heavenly Father see us through. Stay strong. Amen.
322/365: When Words and Actions Merge
Above all, my brothers and sisters, do not swear—not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. All you need to say is a simple “Yes” or “No.” Otherwise you will be condemned. ~ James 5:12
We find it easy to trust people who say little and back their words with action.
We learn to avoid those babbling fools who talk and talk but never back up their words with action.
Want to keep your integrity intact? Let your words and actions come together to tell your story.
Keep your language clean, promise what you intend to deliver, and don't make bargains with empty words and no action.
Speak truth. Live truth. Confess your mistakes. Repeat.
