@Michael V and KDB - Money is merely a resource. Your works of service to those around you are worth more than silver and gold in the eyes of our heavenly Father. Blessings, my brothers. 🙏🏻🇮🇱

In 2 weeks my assistant Pastor and a few of us are doing keeping the community warm. Passing out blankets, gloves, hats and more. God bless all that are going to help. A lot of us have more then we need. I’m soon retiring and getting rid of stuff

Michael V I hear ya about the $ our budget is extremely tight but like you said there are other ways to help. This weekend we are going through all the clothes and blankets and seeing what we can take to the homeless shelter. So far we have two baskets of clothes and several blankets. Cold 🥶 weather arrived here(Ohio) this week, I don’t know how the homeless people do it. God bless you all my brothers in Christ 🙏🏻

There are so many things we can do to serve others without having finds to throw at the problem. Of course, funds can help a lot, but a kind word and helping others with manual work is extremely helpful also. Don’t get into I can’t afford to help others, your time isn’t that expensive. Love you Jesus! 🤍💜❤️💚

We barely pay the bills, raising a family of 4 in a teacher’s salary so these messages always hit me hard bc I don’t have much but I’ve learned to give in other ways, time, service, kind words, Sharing the Word…we all have something we can give!! Sometimes even if just a warm smile. Strength and courage brothers

We need strong men these days. Men of God is what I mean by strong. Men unafraid to speak of their own trials, failures, and times oh the many times God was there to pick them up and guide them on the holy path of light. I ask that I be unafraid and unapologetic in my faith to You God. That I am quick to give all credit in my life and all successes over to You not myself not my ego and not my arrogance. You God turned the ship and made me who I am today. Let my strugglebus years be a tool to help others and let me be unafraid to share my story of the dark years the sunrise years and the brightness of the day You have brought me to now. Thank You God for knocking me off my high rise back then. Thank You for that terrible storm that got me to finally give up and turn to You. Help me to be a beacon for my brothers and the world. Not for me or my glory or fame, but for Yours. You truly saved me God through others. Guide me to save the still lost with my holy brothers God. Guide us to become Your army of light wielding your SAW of truth in this Great War for mankind’s soul. It is indeed an age of evil out there but it only takes a few of us to plant seeds for a new crop to grow and all sorts of fruit to come to bear. I love You God amen 🙏

Amen. Lord, please help me to be a doer of Your word and not a hearer (or reader) only.

308/365: Defend The Defenseless
Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked. - Psalm 82: 3-4
If you have the ability to view this app on a mobile device, you have enough resources to help your neighbor.
It's not enough to pray for them and wish them well. The book of James tells us to get into action and do something about it if we want to demonstrate our faith.
Put your faith into action today. Defend the defenseless - they need your strength.
