I like the football references. If you think about the most season professional player still makes mistakes in their game and costs their team the occasional penalty. I’m willing to bet they put a lot of thought into it afterwards as to how and why it happened and how to improve to not do it anymore. It’s like life. I’ll always be a long ways from perfection and I don’t think I’d even want to be perfect because that wouldn’t be human and there wouldn’t be a need for God and that would just suck. Every offsides every holding every face mask called on me in the metaphorical game of life is just God saying hey I need you to examine your behavior here in this area. Is comfy when it happens generally no but growth is not comfy. But growth is one of the most satisfying parts of being human. It’s purpose in a way. To grow towards unity with God through mistakes and trials. Mistakes being part of the path to seeking God. God keep me humble so I can always remember no matter how good I get at anything I’m still going to make mistakes and I’ll always have more to learn from You and other people. I love You God amen 🙏

Obviously the devil wants us, or we wouldn’t be under constant attack. We all have value in God’s kingdom and the evil one doesn’t like that. He does go after things with no value. Stay strong brothers and stay on the path. God will get us through the battle, don’t let your faith slip. Love you Jesus! 🤍🧡💚💛

Good morning my much needed brothers in the Lord. Yes, Robert we seem to be constantly bombarded by the enemy of our soul ! And thought out all of this the Master has a plan ,what that is well we don't know at the time. Precious Loving Father be and surround my brother, your child, bring him strength and guidance. Satan you enemy of all, I take the authority that is mine and command you to stop everything that concerns my brother Robert in Jesus name. May our Heavenly Father be with each and everyone of you. Stay strong my brothers in Jesus. Amen.

I don’t see how there is ever a “timeout” where I can get a breath and get my head together. The enemy is relentless. There are no breaks from his assaults. God, please strengthen me for the ongoing, relentless assaults of the enemy. Please help me to stay fully armored.
279/365: A Disciplined Game Plan
This is what the Lord says: “Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is close at hand and my righteousness will soon be revealed." ~ Isaiah 56:1
We take the field of life on God's team surrounded by good coaches. We play the game and strive to be fair.
So when we commit personal fouls, false starts, or step offsides, expect the flag to be thrown. Remember, God's justice exists to remind us of fair play, not to punish us or remove us from the game.
If the penalty flags keep flying in your life, maybe it's time to call a timeout, regroup, and get back to the game plan.
Play fair, play hard, and play with discipline.
