I like the last verse if that chapter: “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need” Hebrews 4:16 NKJV ————————————————————— That’s where I need to be, at the throne of grace. I certainly have needs that His grace is sufficient for.

The Bible really does have all the answers to everything someone might go through or guide the guide or what have you. The great part about being alive today is you can use tech to ask for very fast help to which scriptures will help guide you in any situations. Someone passes or a relationship falls on hard times read the Bible it has the truth in it. Career in a sour place Bible time. Everything is going ultra fantastic you had definitely better read the Bible before getting carried away and forgetting God got you there. I personally love to do the random page opening. I grab the Bible close my eyes and open it and whatever is on the page that I look at first is what I read for a bit. It is wild how often it is directly applicable to things happening at that moment in my life. Thank you God for giving anyone who wants it Your truth and words. I love you God amen 🙏

First time I’ve ever posted on here. The scripture is really powerful to me especially when considering how various religions add text to the Bible. I’m often “confronted” by Mormons. My conversation with them is always the same. The Bible is a complete works. It is a Canon. It has a beginning and an end. Anything that is added to it is not of the word. Again, this scripture is a good reminder of how God rebukes those that add to his word.

If we're practicing Spiritual Disciplines, reading God's word daily is one of the most effective ways to further our faith and share the Gospel. It truly is the "Living Word".

The more I read scripture, the more often it will come to mind when I’m faced with an applicable situation. In this way, I’m learning what it means when I’ve heard it called the “living Word”. It’s alive, and moving, while staying the same. Mixed with being filled with the Holy Spirit, it works in and through us. In this way, I will forever have more to learn and grow. It’s truly not a destination, it is a constant growing process of searching each day where I am to be of service and applying what I’m learning. This is amazing news for me, as someone who’s always learned what I feel there is to learn, get bored, and then move on to something else. If I find myself burnt out, or bored, in my spiritual journey then it’s due to my lack of seeking or my lack of applying, it’s not due to me having learned all there is to learn. Ive merely scratched the surface, and that is a very powerful realization!! Thank you God for allowing all of us admission into the greatest course mankind has ever known, where there is no end and there are no ranks, just people helping people in Your service, amen 🙏🏻

Faith and scripture are for our benefit, not to beat someone over the head with. Very upsetting when someone uses scripture against someone. Be a good example of faith and scripture by being yourself. No need for any words. Love you Jesus! ❤️💚💛💜

When we have have the Word of God planted firmly in our hearts that Word will shine out through our hearts and lives as a witness to everyone around us. You can tell a good devote Christian many times by how they speak to others and how they conduct themselves. Let us each be that type of Christian that the Eord shines out through us in every aspect of our life.

Good morning brothers, Powerful ready this morning. it reminds me of the redwood trees. For me, it visualizes unity. Redwood trees are 2 to thousand 3 thousand years old. the average height is 300 feet with a diameter of 10 to 15 feet. What that shows me is that we are stronger together in unity. the roots of the trees are intertwined. That's why I believe that if we stay close to each other, the wind and waves can't bring us down. it also represents spreading the Gospel without saying a word.

271/365: Using God's Word Correctly
Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar. ~ Proverbs 30: 5-6
We learn from God's word and apply it to our lives. His Word shapes us into living witnesses. The Holy Spirit brings life into the story of God and us.
Be prepared to preach without saying a word. And when scripture is necessary, be mindful of it's intended purpose. To instruct, to edify, to build, to create unity of the spirit.
