I totally agree with Boyce comment that all you need to do is look around you to see how rich you are. We need to be appreciative for what we have and not worry so much about what we do not have. It’s not about the material things we have. Appreciate what God has provided for you and share it with others through love and grace. Have a blessed day 🙏.

The lord has humbled me beyond humbling. I’m perfectly content with what he gives me and what he has done for me. Although positions would be nice… I don’t need them. I have a over abundance of love to share!

We can choose to get humble, or our actions will eventually lead to being humbled. I’ve learned from numerous mistakes, this is absolutely accurate. Building a life or career on the motive of what we can get out of it is a shaky foundation that will eventually collapse. Imposter syndrome will set in, this deep feeling of “I don’t deserve this…” because I didn’t deserve it. I was not a good steward of God’s many blessings at all. I was not giving back. However, striving for “success” does not have to be a bad thing, the key is the motivation behind it. The root motivator. The mission statement. If you build a business plan around how it will benefit other’s, how the more you make the more you will give, there’s no deep sense of greed. Whatever you set out to do or build, if it’s aimed at helping others selflessly, it will succeed. That, is a firm foundation, built on Jesus’s own teachings. Give freely, what is given to you, amen 🙏🏻

God has provided what I need. What I want can lead to greed. All I need to do is look around to see others in so much need to realize how rich I am. Love you Jesus! 🧡💜💚💙

The verse that popped out from me was “everyone comes out naked from the womb.” We are all born relying on Gods provision and grace to live. We are all born helpless no matter our social/economic status.

it is easy to be possessed by possessions. We strive for “things” and miss the provider. Our abundance is not in stuff or our bank accounts but in Christ and our relationships with people. O, that our eyes and hearts would be refocused. I needed to hear this. You all have helped me in many ways. Thank you. Blessings today!!!
199/365: Winning the Money Game
“Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” ~ (Jesus Christ) Luke 12:15
The official definition of greed is "a selfish desire for more than what is needed." We can be greedy with our money, our time, our attention, and what we already have.
Countless people have died miserable and alone because of their idols called "career", "money", or an unquenchable desire for more.
God can reveal where greed may be hiding in your life.
GO DEEPER: Ecclesiastes 5: 8-20
Next Step: Ask His spirit to show you the abundance He is already providing you right now.
