My biggest temptation is battling with my eyes to not look at a woman lustfully. I’ve been married for 21 years and have had multiple affairs. I had to realize that my wife is enough for me. There is nothing that another woman can do for me sexually that my wife can’t do. The only thing another woman can do is give me a few hours of sexual pleasure, empty my wallet, and cause division between my covenant with God and my wife. Non of that is worth the headache.

I'm battling a serious addiction. I haven't tried to stop only say that I need to. It's a dragon. Most don't even know. The few that do aren't aware of the seriousness of it. I tell myself after this time over and over. I'm so thankful that I found this app and am back in touch with God. This a great place you guys have here, I'm thankful to be a part of it.

Even when we feel defeated, we are victorious in Christ. Even when we do see it

We have but only one true enemy, the devil, and he uses Fear as his weapon. What opened my eyes was realizing that other people were not my enemies, if I truly prayed for them and stopped provoking them, treating them as Jesus would in our interactions moving forward. It’s amazing how people stopped pushing my buttons, when I refrained from pushing theirs. It’s amazing how God could go to work in those around me, when I got out of the way and prayed for them. I desperately wanted everyone I had let down and hurt to forgive me, and know I wanted to change. I would try to convince them, and focus on what I could say to them or do for them to convince them. No. I only have control of my actions, and my words. When I focused in on following Jesus’s example, and trusting God to change my thinking, I began to truly change my ways. God then began working in others around me. Now they see the change, some have tried to provoke the old me, and are surprised when I know longer react, but respond instead. God is soooo good at removing the Enemy from our minds! Amen 🙏🏻

Oh man this is so true. I have been in a very bad situation that I caused myself only to have God reach down into the pit and pull me out. Thank you so much Jesus for saving me and my family. When I thought that there was no way, you made a way….Brothers if you are in a tough situation trust that there is nothing impossible for our God to do. Love you Jesus.
115/365: How To Win The Day
"For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory." ~Deuteronomy 20:4
Just as Moses instructed the Israelites to put away fear and doubt when facing their enemy. Our unchanging and faithful God also goes with us into our fight against the enemy.
God has delivered the final victory for us through Jesus Christ. As for the daily battles, God also gives us His spirit, wisdom, and power to overcome temptation and evil.
