Great comments. Thanks guys for sharing and being there for me and each other. I'm praying for you all, and for this world, which needs us so badly... Keep us in the fight, Lord. Help us to do your will, especially when we feel we have nothing left. Help us to be an example of your love and mercy to those around us. And may we always to do the right thing, even if it's uncomfortable or causes us pain. In Jesus'name...

There definitely are peaks and valleys as we walk in faith. Having a mens group or a Bible study group is so helpful. I’ve found that when I’m in a valley like I am right now there’s so many excuses not to go. I’m happy to say that I’ve fought these excuses, have gone, and every time I end up being glad that I did. If you’re in a low place or are doubting your faith please continue to go to church to your small group. Talk about it with people you trust. Have them pray for you. Pray directly to God. Ask Him for help. He will always get us through. Father God thank you for this app and all these brothers. Please give us the strength, endurance, and wisdom to always stay faithful to You. And when we falter to remember You are a forgiving God. We love you. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen!

I’m trying to get back in the game too, Michael. Been stuck in an addiction to alcohol for years and I’m done letting these demons have my life. It’s a hard fight to shake free though. Pray for me, brothers.

Good morning brothers, please know their is hope through our Lord and savior. Do NOT give up hope. Marv, praying for you right now for you, your wife and the family. Stay in the fight. Also, praying for us all to be strong and not let the devil get in the way. Have a blessed day. Love you Jesus!

Brothers, the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done was make the decision to ask God to take away my obsession for alcohol. Then, in a 12 step program, I learned I had many other “obsessions” as well. Each feeding the wrong wolf in their own way. Each providing a crack or even a door to the devil and his seat at my table. If you’re feeling doubt, that’s the devil at your table whispering… we must be very careful who/what we let into our ears

Brothers, all of your thoughts and expressions have been helpful to me, so don't think you're failing! . Every day feels like I come upon a big accident and know that I can't save everyone. It has made me feel alone and depressed. The world's neverending onslaught of negativity seems to be growing. Surrounding myself with solid believers like y'all is comforting but it's like preaching to the choir too. Those who NEED help in discovering faith are getting harder and harder to reach. I'm looking for new and refreshing ways to witness and hoping that this work will give me new strength and perspective on serving who and how God wants me to. Keep up the great work, even though you don't always SEE immediate results. Plant those mustard seeds.

Brothers, I’ve been in this game for decades. There are good times and bad times. Through it all you have to keep sight of the prize, and each day try your best to be the man God designed you to be. Keep sight of the cross, remember who you belong to, and press on toward the prize. Love you Jesus! ❤️💛💙💜

Michael, consider it done. Praying for you right now. Do you have a brother in Christ close to you where you can meet together on a regular basis? I can’t emphasize enough the value of a small group of brothers who do life together, meeting regularly, praying for one another, having each other’s back, upholding each other. I am in such a group and my brothers are Jesus incarnate to me. They keep me in the game.

T, you see little fruit, how much does God see? You are looking at it from the wrong perspective. If you were not bearing fruit would you not be pull out and burned? If you are bearing fruit, you will be pruned so you produce more fruit. You will not see your fruit basket until you get to the other side. Hang in there brother.

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and most importantly, He is real and He is God! Jesus has granted me visions, He has allowed me to experience the unseen (angels, spirits, etc.), and He has allowed me to feel His presence like I could never imagine! Don’t believe the lies of Satan or the lost! Jesus is real and not some made up character. He is the Alpha and the Omega and He has prepared heaven for those who trust and believe in Him!!! Don’t give up gent’s!!!

How important it is to stay in the game. The one thing Jesus wants to have with each of us is a deep, personal relationship where we do life together with Him. He longs for that intimacy where we open our hearts to Him and allow Him to move in and clean out all the crud that exists there. Then He fills us with a joy unspeakable and a peace that truly passes all understanding. Believe me, I have learned this in the past 10 to 15 years of my life and this reality becomes more and more first and foremost in my mind every day. I am now occupied as a full time caregiver for my precious wife who is losing her life inch by inch from a neurologic degenerative disease making it impossible for her to move and speak. The dark valley we are in could easily distract us from Christ but we have found Him fully present every day, every minute. That relationship with Him has grown ever deeper and He fills in all the gaps in my wisdom and strength (there are many such gaps) and covers us both with joy and peace that seems way out of place. My advice is to hang in there, look to Jesus, trust Him even when the world scoffs, and walk with Him every step of the way.

I myself have been struggling recently with a huge career change. Been giving my worries to God every day and pushing through. Realizing that I have people who care and are on my team through the struggle is the biggest help through it besides Gods hand guiding me.

I know the feeling of trying to stay in the game. Sometimes, it’s really hard. The current culture, if we let it in, will try to whittle away at our faith. Stay in the word and also read books by good Christian authors. The more we hear about how God has changed their lives the more we can look at our own lives and see how they’ve changed. When I am in a dry season, it is very easy to just say I’m going to give up. God does give us those dry seasons. It is his way of us wanting to draw closer.

I feel you T I’m fairly young in this faith I’m 39 and got saved in 2016 but at this current time in history and hearing people I care about say they don’t believe in a make believe man in flip flops tears me down and shakes me to the core but I know our redemption is near and all we can do sometimes is pray

I am the one who has encouraged, helped, and been patient but I am struggling to stay in the game at the moment. I have been at this for many decades but have seen little fruit. I am trusting the Lord but sometimes it is difficult. It is easier to revert to old ways than to stay in the game at times. I know that this is just another season and will snap out of it. I know that I need to follow some of the advice that I have given but I am getting tired. Thanks for letting me rant. Really appreciate this app and reading the comments of the struggles and victories. It has been very helpful. Blessings to you all.

69/365: Staying In The Game
And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone. ~1 Thessalonians 5:14
Our teammates in faith and life are counting on us to stay on the field and help the team win this tough and muddy game.
Commit to lead others as you travel your path.
Be the example for others to follow and find someone who will hold you accountable to show up for the game - every day.
GO DEEPER: Matthew 7: 9-12
NEXT STEPS: Do you know a brother or sister who lost their desire to stay in the game? Go and encourage them.
