I want to have faith but I guess so much bad has happened that I am struggling and I don’t want to struggle. I just don’t know how!

There have been many times I've needed to witness to my faith but have felt apprehensive about doing so. But knowing God is there with me, I've gone ahead anyway and done it. He has always been there with me. We all must stand up for our faith no matter what may come. Thank you brothers for all your confessions, stories and prayers. Amen!

That’s an area where I struggle with too. I need to be bolder in starting the truth of God no matter where I’m at. I do have the Holy Spirit to help.

Bobby, I agree with you about speaking up. You will irritate many but that’s ok. Be bold in your convictions speaking truth with love. There are many that don’t really like me because I do speak up, but many do like me because I do. However, to me it’s not about being liked, it’s speaking truth according to scripture and being obedient to Christ. I wish more followers of Christ would speak up.

This is some great examples guys. I believe God does put us in situations we cannot handle ourselves so that we will turn to him. When we do that he is glorified and will do it again. Getting to see the fruits of our labor with God beside us is just amazing and something we should be telling everyone about!

I need to speak up more, at time I feel that it is disrespectful if I speak my mind, but it is my voice that needs to be heard at times. I need to step outside my comfort zone and speak on subjects that I believe in not worry about the feelings I may offend. But I know I need to choose my words wisely.

In no way do I ever feel worthy of God’s love or to fight in His army because I have fallen and am broken in so many ways. But yet I have fought in many battles, some of them were along side many brothers and sisters in Christ and some I started the fight with others just to turn to look to find myself alone in the fight. Either way I used my faith to step up to the fight and do the best I could. One such fight I found myself battling against a former friend. At one point she was a strong Christian and her and I made a great team. Then one summer she went to visit her grandmother in the San Francisco area and managed to get drawn away into the Satanic Church. She came back with plans to establish a Satanic Church in our home town and I was determined that it wouldn’t happen. The battle raged for 2 years until she finally backed down. At first I had many people standing beside me but soon had found myself alone but God used me in spite of my weaknesses and faults and the victory was won. There is no way I could have fought that fight except by focusing my faith in God. Always focus your faith in God and let Him have control and victory will come.

Amen, this goes to the root of what God is revealing to me. Courage and confidence. I see now I have lived my life without it but blessed Father is making a work in me. With what little I feel I know, he still is calling me to do. He loves us all immensely but he cannot use us all. We have to go thru that refinement, learn what is holding us back from that level of faith. Just as my brother said, do, go to the battle, there is no better time than now. There is such a work to be done here, God does not want you to enjoy the fruits to yourself. Get out there, right now in where you are.

As I read todays scripture I realized all I have to do is show up for the fight. God will do what is right in His sight, He will win the battle. I don’t have to have any special ability or talent and it’s not up to me to win the battle. No matter how hard things may seem God is with me and I need to trust Him with the outcome

I find myself in a unique space where I’ve been in the “elite” crowds of my home town, in some aspects I’m still welcomed there, but I’ve also traveled a road to complete brokenness and rock bottom. I try to use my experience as a way to break the stigma of alcoholism and addiction among these groups, and open witness that none of us are immune to what may lie ahead if we constantly seek to blot out reality, and live luke warm lives. Navigating this without coming across as condescending or holier than thou is difficult. To be in business for myself, in sales, and be transparent in witnessing among todays culture, well let’s just say it makes for a challenging time of getting my phone to ring. However, the amount of miracles I’ve seen in the lives of people around me turning their lives around to follow God, far outweigh any loss in business. We are to be fishermen of men, which is incredibly exciting and terrifying all at the same time. God, you are in control, guide me today, Amen 🙏🏻

Christ will take the normal and make us warriors when needed. So many in the Bible didn’t feel they were qualified and God made them warriors for the faith. Stay strong in your faith and God will provide the rest. Love you Jesus! 💜🧡🤎❤️

Don't wait I think because I have no idea what the days and weeks will bring. I have to be in the moment now with God and put effort in my faith to Him now and every single now moment. It brings peace in me to understand that is ok. The rest the future that's the tree of knowledge to me and there's a reason I'm not supposed to see it. I must stay steadfast in my fight to faith. make no mistake it truly is a fight nowadays with the absolute carpet bombing of negative things that can if allowed come through this phone and disrupt my peace with God. So thank you God for helping me to fight that fight. That's where the credit is at for me winning any sort of hard fought victory. Thank you for your grace Lord. I love you God 🙏

When we place our faith in Christ and become one of His followers, He in turn places faith in us and draws us into a personal relationship with Him. What could be better than that? When we now wear the label of a Christ Follower, the world, under the control of the devil, will come at us and try to take us out. Our faith will be challenged. We are called to stand strong and keep our focus on Christ. Identifying with Christ and living in faith in Him will bring challenges and trials in our lives. We must stand strong covered by the full armor of God (Eph 6:10-18) and support one another. As Solomon wrote, “A cord of three strands is not easily broken.” Stand together for Christ, my brothers. Our lives depend on that.

Knowing that Jesus died on the cross and baptized with the Holy Spirit living in me is what makes me enough. That our Creator would love me to have a relationship and to care about my needs. I am truly grateful for You Father🙏🏼🙌🏼✝️❤️🔥❤️

I’m a fence rider, but at these times I cling to Joshua 1:9. Trust the invisible God for he is with us wherever and whatever we do!

We will never be perfect and might never feel qualified. Look to God and rely on what he sees and what his word says. Start with him and everything is possible.

I don’t feel like I’m “enough”. Idk that I ever have. The Bible says He is enough. I need to believe Him. I need to obey. Idk when the end of all things or just my end will be. I believe I’m almost out of time though. The King is coming!!!

Jesus answered: Watch out and don't let anyone fool you! Many will come and claim to be me. They will use my name and fool many people. When you hear about wars and threats of wars, don't be afraid. These things will have to happen first, but that isn't the end. Nations and kingdoms will go to war against each other. There will be earthquakes in many places, and people will starve to death. But this is just the beginning of troubles. Be on your guard! You will be taken to courts and beaten with whips in their synagogues. And because of me, you will have to stand before rulers and kings to tell about your faith. But before the end comes, the good news must be preached to all nations. When you are arrested, don't worry about what you will say. You will be given the right words when the time comes. But you will not really be the ones speaking. Your words will come from the Holy Spirit.

19/365: A Faith That Doesn't Back Down
"Be strong, and let us fight bravely for our people and the cities of our God. The Lord will do what is good in his sight." ~ 2 Samuel 10: 12
Will you fight bravely for your family, friends, and community? We can't wait on someone else to show up and do battle for us... it is up to us.
Don't wait until you feel perfect or qualified. None of us are perfect or qualified on our own. But through Christ, God sees us as perfect and qualified.
Stand your ground and do not waiver in your faith. Jesus sacrificed himself so you could live free and bold.
