259/365: Abundant Blessings Await

God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. ~2 Corinthians 9: 8

Remember, God's blessing belongs to Him which is given to you at His will, not ours.

Asking God to bless you with what you want is much like the child begging for Candy in the check-out line.

Rather, ask how you can be a blessing to others. In doing so, you will find your blessing, your purpose, and your joy.

Indeed God is not Santa. He gives us what we need to serve Him not ourselves. All of us have a unique tool set and unique life experiences that have been hand crafted by God leading up to now to be used to help others. So do the little things that help others and build confidence in being able to help so when the time comes to be of big help you are ready. God will put plenty of people we don’t know and others we do know in our path to help and to be that shining beacon of hope for. I ask for patience, courage, confidence, and strength to be able to help those in need and those that are struggling today. May I let go and let God steer that big ole bus we are all riding on. Thank you God for the constant reassurance in this life and for the gift of love. I love you God amen 🙏

Amen. Lord, please help me to look past the end of my own nose to others that are all around me. Help me to die to self. Please use me someway and somehow to be a blessing to my family and to others.
