255/365: Another Second Chance

If anyone is in Christ,the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! ~2 Corinthians 5:17

God takes you just as you are. There is nothing too terrible or too low that Christ hasn't already covered for you. We are all redeemable through the sacrifice of Christ.

When we find ourselves spun out and feeling low... we can draw upon God's grace which redeems our shortcomings. This sprouts new life in us.

Next Step: You are forgiven if you just ask. Everyone is redeemable and God can begin a new thing in an old life. Is this your day to begin something new?

todays verse is not one of my favorite bc there are times that I don’t feel that I am a new creation, but then again I have to remind myself that we all walk by faith and not by sight or by feelings( even though the feelings are strong at times). I am grateful that the Holy Spirit keeps reminding me of who

Every day is a fresh start, a chance to succeed where we may have failed before. i love that thought. We are like the wide receiver that drops an easy pass and on the very next play the quarterback throws to us again. God calls the play and there is always another chance and it makes us want to catch the next ball no matter what.

Throughout all of God’s word we are told that only one thing that becomes an unpardonable sin and that is the sin of blasphemy of denying that the Lord is real when we know better. In my 68 years I have never really known anyone that has gone to that point. That includes Anton LaVey who had been a minister and the turned and founded the Satanic Church. Even he never claimed that God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit were not real. So few have ever crossed that boundary and if you do you surely would notice the fact that you no longer feel any desire to be anywhere near anything regarding the Lord. For those that have turned their backs on God and returned but are having issues feeling Him move in your life just keep at it He is there with you and for you. He is listening. He is holding you in His arms. Just be patience and continue to seek Him. You have not gone to far if you still feel the pull to be want Him in your life. Just continue to EARNESTLY seek Him.

God really is like a perfect father. The father we can all run to and ask for help, guidance, advice, knowledge, and you name it. Like a great father He doesn’t just give us stuff. He teaches us to go and earn and how to pick ourselves up from defeat to get back up on our feet. He redeems us with His perfect love and shows us how our love should be by that example. He cultivates in us responsibility and purpose when we turn towards Him. He challenges us in order to teach and grow us. Life doesn’t magically become easy when giving our lives to God but it does become easy at the same time. By that I mean we will get speed bumps and things we don’t understand why they would happen but falling back towards God the father we get shelter and guidance making them actually passable in our time on earth. Then one day we will all meet Him and man what a day that will be for each of us when the time is right. In the meantime we have work to get done. So enjoy today and that purpose my brothers! I love you God amen 🙏

I’m thankful for His second third fourth chances and so on we do not deserve it but I’m glad we serve a God that gives it!

I am thankful for todays Kick Start. In Ps 103: 11 God reminds us of the blessing of fearing Him. He show his mercy by separating us from our sins and the penalty of our sins which is death when we fear/reverence Him! God loves to show mercy to those that fear him. Thank you Lord!

Good morning my precious brothers in the Lord. Yes,our precious Father is a God of another chance. I am always marveled at the fact that Jesus died for me, for me! I came from a vey hellish back ground and things of the past keep sneaking back in every now and then, yet he is ALWAYS there to forgive a broken heart and bring me back in again. Thank you Father for your immense grace. Be encourage by the verse in Psalm that is given this morning and keep running with it, because you will ALWAYS be his precious child. Stay strong in Him.
